The AIMA Key West 2.0 is a lightweight, comfortable e-bike designed for everyday riding, commuting, paved trails, and recreational rides. With an easy-to-mount step-through frame, upright riding position, 27.5" wheels, and a powerful BAFANG drive system, the Key West combines the familiar feel of a traditional bicycle with the convenience and power of an e-bike.

Unlike AIMA's larger fat-tire models, the Key West 2.0 uses 27.5 x 2.1" tires, giving it a lighter, quicker, and more efficient feel on pavement and improved trails. At just 56.6 lbs., it's also considerably easier to maneuver, transport, and store than many full-size e-bikes.

Powerful BAFANG Drive System

The Key West 2.0 is powered by a 750W BAFANG rear hub motor, providing plenty of assistance for hills, headwinds, and longer rides. Five levels of pedal assist and a throttle on demand let you choose how much help you want from the motor.

One of our favorite features is AIMA's selectable Torque and Cadence Sensor system. In Torque Mode, motor assistance responds to how hard you're pedaling, creating a smooth and natural riding experience. Switch to Cadence Mode when you want easier, more consistent assistance for relaxed cruising.

Efficient 27.5" Wheels

The 27.5 x 2.1" tires are a big part of what makes the Key West different from AIMA's Big Sur models. They're wide enough to provide stability and cushioning on imperfect roads and paths without the additional weight and rolling resistance of a 4" fat tire.

The result is an e-bike that feels much more like a traditional bicycle. It's quick and easy to maneuver around town and rolls efficiently on pavement, bike paths, rail-trails, and other improved surfaces.

Up to 60 Miles of Range

A removable 48V 14Ah battery with LG cells provides up to 60 miles of claimed range under ideal riding conditions. The battery is integrated neatly into the frame and can be removed for convenient charging indoors. A full charge takes approximately five hours.

Actual range will vary depending on assist level, rider weight, terrain, weather, tire pressure, and riding style.

Built for Comfort

The Key West 2.0 is designed around a relaxed, upright riding position that works particularly well for everyday and recreational riding. An adjustable stem makes it easier to dial in your riding position, while ergonomic grips and AIMA's enlarged comfort saddle provide additional support.

A suspension seatpost helps take the edge off cracks, bumps, and rough pavement without adding the weight and complexity of a suspension fork.

The low step-through frame also makes getting on and off the bike easy. Two frame sizes accommodate riders from approximately 4'11" to 6'1".

Smart Features Built In

A BAFANG C010 color TFT display keeps important ride information easy to see and provides access to the bike's different assist and sensor settings.

The system also offers Bluetooth connectivity, navigation features, battery information, ride tracking, and Apple Find My compatibility through the BAFANG system, adding useful technology without getting in the way of simply riding the bike.

Ready for Everyday Transportation

The Key West 2.0 comes equipped from the factory with the practical accessories we like to see on an everyday e-bike. Front and rear fenders help keep road spray under control, while a rear MIK rack makes it easy to add compatible bags, baskets, and other cargo accessories.

Integrated front and rear lights, a rear brake light, integrated turn signals, and an electronic horn improve visibility and make the bike particularly well suited to commuting and transportation.

Stopping power comes from Tektro hydraulic disc brakes with oversized 203mm rotors, while a Shimano 8-speed drivetrain gives you useful gearing for riding with or without motor assistance.
