Ottawa Bike and Trail – Shipping Policy

Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends, holidays, and Mondays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a notification once your order has shipped.

Products Available for Shipping
Some bicycles are only available for in-store pickup. Other bikes may be shipped to select locations—please contact us for a shipping quote if needed.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
Shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Local Delivery
Free local delivery is available for orders over $100 within Ottawa, Kansas. Contact us for delivery outside of Ottawa. Deliveries occur Tuesday–Friday, 10:00 am – 6:00 pm. We will notify you via text using the phone number provided at checkout.

In-Store Pickup
You may pick up your order in-store during normal business hours. After placing your order and selecting local pickup, we will prepare your order within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends, holidays, and Mondays) and notify you via email when it is ready. Please bring your order confirmation email when you arrive.

International Shipping

Bike Assembly Notice
Bicycles shipped from our shop are partially assembled for safe transit. Some final assembly—such as handlebars, pedals, saddle, and tuning—is required before riding. Assembly is not included in the shipping cost. We recommend using a local bike shop for assembly if you do not have experience.

Minor Cosmetic Marks
Minor cosmetic scuffs or marks may occur during shipping and do not affect the function of the bike. These are not eligible for full reimbursement, though we may offer goodwill gestures at our discretion.

Checking Order Status
When your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update. If you have not received your order within 7 days of the shipping confirmation, contact us at info@ottawabikeandtrail.com
