Moonrise Campfire 2-Night Option (September 5, 6, 7)For those looking to extend the Moonrise magic, the Campfire Option offers an unforgettable two-night adventure. Your weekend begins on Friday afternoon with a warm social gathering at Riverbank Brewing in Council Grove. From there, you'll embark on a 20-mile ride along the Flint Hills Trail to Basecamp in Allen, Kansas, where you'll set up camp and enjoy a cozy evening with delicious food and live campfire music.

On Saturday morning, wake up to a hearty breakfast before continuing your journey with a 32-mile ride to Pomona Lake State Park, where the Main Event festivities await. After a night of celebration under the stars, your adventure concludes on Sunday with the final stretch along the Flint Hills Trail to Ottawa.

The Moonrise Campfire is a point-to-point ride, meaning riders will need to arrange their own transportation back to Council Grove. A limited shuttle service will be available for those who need a ride back—reserve your spot early to secure your return.
