UltraDynamico CAVA Robusto

The Ultradynamico CAVA Robusto combines the speed of a high-volume slick with just enough tread to keep things predictable when pavement turns to gravel. It’s an excellent choice for all-road, gravel, touring, and bikepacking bikeswhere you want a fast tire without being limited to perfectly smooth surfaces.

The CAVA uses a 3D diamond file tread across the tire to add traction on loose and granular surfaces while maintaining the quick feel of a slick. A continuous center section keeps rolling resistance low, while the textured tread provides more confidence when braking and cornering on gravel. Ultradynamico also designed the CAVA to be less susceptible to tread cuts than a traditional slick.

The Robusto casing is Ultradynamico's most protected and durable casing option. Sidewall protection makes it better suited to loaded touring, bikepacking, rough gravel, and rocky trails, while a high-TPI casing underneath helps preserve the lively, supple ride quality Ultradynamico tires are known for. Unlike a heavily armored touring tire, there's no additional protection beneath the tread cap, helping maintain flexibility and keep weight reasonable.
