A built-in 1200 mAh buffer battery allows the Ladelux to maintain both low and high beam output even when stopped, while also stabilizing power delivery for charging electronics. The sophisticated electronics maximize output from SON generator hubs, delivering up to 14 watts for charging at moderate and even lower riding speeds. Designed for reliability in harsh conditions, the Ladelux features a precision-machined aluminum housing, scratch-resistant sapphire glass lens, and advanced cooling to ensure consistent light output in all environments.
The Ladelux requires the SON Ladelux Switch (sold separately), which controls the light functions and includes the charging port. It is optimized for use with SON 28 generator hubs for maximum charging and high-beam performance, though it remains compatible with all SON dynamo hubs. The standing attachment works with Rene Herse light mounts and racks, as well as many other mounting systems.
