Flint Hills Trail Bicycle Ride and Trail Celebration October 29th

Ottawa Bike and Trail is partnering with the Kansas Department of Wildlife and Parks to host a special event to celebrate and support the Connecting Communities, Cultures, and Landscapes project.  This project was recently rewarded a $24-million Department of Transportation grant to be used to complete approximately 40-miles of additional Flint Hills Trail and make significant improvements to other sections of the trail.

Join us on October 29th to learn more about these improvements and the impact they will have on the 19 rural communities located along the route.  After a short presentation we'll spend the day enjoying the Flint Hills Trail.
